Start here
We learned money the way we learned everything else growing up, by watching the people around us do the best they could with what they had. Nobody sat us down and explained interest. Nobody showed us how a small habit becomes a big balance. So we absorbed a set of patterns without ever choosing them, carried them straight into our own lives, and then quietly wondered why we keep ending up in the same place.
I built this coaching practice, and the app that runs alongside it, for the person who is tired of ending up in the same place.
What it is
Here is the thing nobody says out loud. The system is not built for you to win.
Impulse is one click away. Interest is designed to stay invisible until it has already cost you. And for every month you do not fully understand your own money, someone else is profiting from the confusion. That is not a character flaw and it is not a willpower problem. It is a fight that was never set up to be fair.
My job is to make it fair.
Not by shaming you for the takeout order or the balance you have been avoiding. I have watched the version of financial help where someone gets torn apart for their spending, and I understand why it gets attention, but I also know what it actually does to a real person. Shame does not change behavior. It freezes it. It makes people hide the number from the people who could help them, and it hardens into an identity: I am just bad with money. That is a lie, and it is a lie that keeps you stuck.
So this is different. The honesty about your numbers stays. The humiliation goes. Compassion is how I deliver it. Accountability is what is underneath.
This is for the person living paycheck to paycheck and the person who looks fine on paper but never seems to get ahead. It is for the beginner who was never taught, and it is for the cycle breaker who has decided that whatever pattern they inherited is going to stop with them. You do not need to have it together to start. You need to be willing to look.
How it works
My whole method is three steps, and we run them on everything.
Look at it.
Before we cut a single expense or build a single plan, we get honest about what is actually true. Your real numbers, on the table, without judgment. Most people have never done this, because looking hurts, and avoiding the number feels safer than facing it. But you cannot change a thing you refuse to look at, and I will make looking survivable. Your balance is a starting point, not a verdict on who you are.
Look for the loop.
One purchase is a story you can defend. Forty purchases is information. We zoom out far enough that the pattern shows up, because the pattern is the thing we are actually working on, not any single decision you can talk yourself into or out of.
Look underneath.
Nothing you do over and over is random. Every repeated spend is doing a job. Comforting something, avoiding something, proving something. When we find the job it is doing, we find the lever that actually moves. This is where real change happens, and it is the part most money advice skips entirely.
The app is the tool that makes this possible without the spreadsheet dread. It shows you your real money clearly, tracks what your debt is genuinely costing you, and puts the same audit-style honesty in your hands privately, without anyone watching. Then we build the part that lasts: systems that survive a bad week, and a buffer for the fact that something is always coming. A car repair. A layoff. A diagnosis. The difference between a hard month and a five year hole is almost never income. It is whether you were ready before the thing hit.
You will not leave knowing a few money facts. You will leave able to look at your own money without flinching, understand it well enough to correct yourself, and break the one pattern that has been costing you the most.
Get started
If that is you, let's begin.
I have been the person avoiding the number. I know what it takes to turn and face it, and I know it is easier with someone in your corner who is not going to make you feel small for where you are starting.
My tattoo reads "It ends with me." That is the whole point of this work. You are not here because you are bad with money. You are here because you are the one in your family line who decided to look at the pattern instead of passing it down.

Thank you for reaching out. I will get back to you personally, usually within a day.
