Co-regulation happens when one person's settled nervous system helps another's find safety. It's the science behind why the right presence can shift your state when willpower can't.
These sessions offer that — through skilled, intentional support that works directly with the body. This is not therapy, and not coaching. It's somatic support that reaches places talk alone often can't.

What Sessions Can Include
Regulated, unhurried presence — no fixing, no agenda. Sometimes being genuinely seen is the intervention.
Breath and body-based practices that help your system orient to the present rather than past threat.
Space to feel and move through what's present, without needing to explain or resolve it.
Consensual, therapeutic physical support — a steadying hand, held hands, supported rest — offered when it serves you.

Nicole Cruz is a certified trauma-informed coach with training in somatic practice and nervous system support. Sessions are shaped by what you're carrying that day — not a fixed script.
